Describe what a typical work day looks like for you.
There really is no typical day; it’s all about adapting to the ever-changing needs of the business and multi-tasking. My job responsibilities include quoting new business, business and financial analysis, sales contract management, and process improvements.

What is the best memory you have working at Ring?
There is not one single memory that sticks out. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some really great people throughout my time at Ring. I always enjoy our sales meetings, which is when we get to spend time with the entire team at once.
How do you like to spend your free time?
I like to spend my free time by hanging out with my husband and 6-year-old daughter. We love animals and going to the Memphis Zoo as the weather and time allows. I also enjoy painting.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Be kind. You never know what someone else is going through. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Also don’t sweat the small stuff. Sometimes we just have to take a step back and remember what is really important in life.
What was your first job? What have you learned since then?
My first job was at the County Agricultural Extension Service in High School. Since then I have learned to persevere and never give up.
Next up on your bucket list?
Take my daughter to Disney World.
Who is someone that you really admire?
I admire people with strength and who are fighters. My dad, for example, has had a very hard life. He was diagnosed years ago with Multiple Sclerosis, and even though he is in incredible pain, he always has such a positive attitude. He has never given up.
